The most important factors that influences the success tubal reversal are the expertise, experience and microsurgical skill of the surgeon. Exceptionally high levels of skill are only achieved and maintained by a reproductive microsurgeon who is constantly performing tubal reversals. My surgical team and I have developed the unique laparoscopically assisted microsurgical method of fallopian tube reanastomose which provides the highest degree of accuracy inherent in microsurgical methods through extremely small skin incisions. This enables many patients to be discharged from hospital within a day or so.
